gcmv Posted February 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Hi seabourn-"specialists", I'm new to this board and perhaps someone of you know when the 2014-summer-collection will be announced? Regent, Oceania, Silversea, Crystal, Seadream, Paul Gauguin are all available - do I have to wait much longer for Seabourn? Thanks for your answers in advance Ralf from Germany
Chairsin Posted February 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Well we do know for sure now there will be no cruises for the Pride listed for the summer of 2014.
gcmv Posted February 19, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Well we do know for sure now there will be no cruises for the Pride listed for the summer of 2014. You're right - so I have to wait for the Pride until May 2013 to be able to book her via Windstar ... :(
Mr Luxury Posted February 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2013 You're right - so I have to wait for the Pride until May 2013 to be able to book her via Windstar ... :( Just book the Legend or Spirit for summer 2014 Do it now or else you will regret it. I am on the Legend this summer for 20 days and will try to sail on all three smaller ships next year.

Chairsin Posted February 27, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Mr Luxury, Great minds think alike! We have 20 days in September booked on the Quest but will try to book one of the three little sisters prior to their departures. The hardest one to fit in will of course be the Pride. Much as we are uninterested in the Caribbean we may have to bite the bullet and sign up for one of those cruises in Jan or Feb 2014. And even if I liked transatlantics I would personally hesitate to sing up for the final voyage -- it would just be too sad!
Winner Posted February 28, 2013 #7 Share Posted February 28, 2013 Ah, Chairsin, on that crossing you can relive all those great days on Pride. It will be a little sad but reliving memories and seeing staff for, perhaps, the last time will be nicely nostalgic. Reconsider because the crossing is almost sold out. I get very sad just leaving a cruise on the last day, I would not enjoy being on any of the final or even near to final cruises of the small ships. I think I have already sailed on my last cruise. So many of the crew I know have already left anyway, and they are one of the most enjoyable parts of my cruises.
Chairsin Posted February 28, 2013 #9 Share Posted February 28, 2013 Since I know this will be a hot commodity better I leave it to those who are not as uncontrollably sentimental as Seabournaddict and me.Mr Luxury I hereby appoint you the official chronicler of the last cruise!
