On board currency

We will be on the Star on May 16, Baltic cruise. This will be our first NCL cruise. I have searched NCL.com and can not find the answer to my question. What is the currency used on board? Are charges in US dollars, Euro's? Or what currency is used on board. Thanks in advance.
