Body wash and shampoo in dispensers in the shower. No conditioner or moisturizer.

You can request a bar of soap if you prefer that over the body wash

Agree with the above posts - shampoo/body wash in a dispenser in the shower. Bring your own conditioner and moisturizer. I also bring my own bar of soap, however, your cabin steward can provide.

We stayed at an upscale hotel prior to our cruise and were glad that we had grabbed some shampoo, conditioners, etc. for our cruise. Might be something to consider if you are staying over the night before the cruise. That said the shower gel, shampoo dispensers are pretty common in Europe.
