In our case last May a week or so before the cruise the Concierge emailed us and had a list of available cabanas and held the one we wanted for us - the cost was added to our seapass account after we were on board. Other than the Concierge (who's email I don't have) not sure who you would contact - but he should be in contact with you or go see him after you board.

There are two concierge email addresses for Oasis:

Mind the underscore after OA.

dont wait..email him ahead. I did in Sept and he wrote me back and had me on the list for one with no problem.

 

the 01 address is the one that answered for me anyways.
