Epic MDR hours?

What are hours for the MDR on the Epic? Mostly interested in dinner time. Wasn't sure how late we could go and still be served. We generally cruise (different line) and ask for late seating.

Taste and Manhattan vary somewhat, but they are generally open until 9:30 or 10:00 pm each night. Spice H20 and Great Outdoors can be later. O'Sheehans is open 24/7. Noodle Bar is generally open until midnight or so. If I recall right, the specialty restaurants were usually open until 10
