Price Drop Form Approved

I've tried calling. Every time I've been told that ES reductions can only be done by the form, they can't do it over the phone. I would love to call and just get it fixed with as long as it's taking to approve them these days!

 

 

 

I know it's been taking a long time, but they may be catching up--I submitted a form at about 10 a.m. today and received my email confirmation at 5:20 this afternoon!:D

What is a price drop form if ya'll don't mind me asking? I'm assuming if you paid 500$ for a cruise and it drops to $475 you can submit a form? lol

If you didn't book Early Saver, then you call and request the price reduction if you're not past final payment.
