tender boarding priorities

Will be cruising Liberty of the Seas. I've booked a suite and have read that you get some perks with that. I've also seen that the ships own excursion guests get first priority to board the tenders. As a suite holder would I also get priority in this instance?

As long as you are in a Grand suite or above room, you get priority tender (gold sea pass card). If your ship has a concierge, he or she will escort you to the front of the line, or we have gone to guest services and someone from there will escort you but a simple way is to just go to the tender line and flash the gold card and they will walk you right on !

Seems like they have changed things or at least they did on Navigator a few weeks ago. We were tendering on Grand Cayman and they no longer were giving out tender tickets. Everyone just lined up in the order of arrival and it was a VERY long line. Took about an hour to get off of the ship. I did ask about Suite Priority and was told there was none. So we just got in line and patiently waited. Not that big of a deal, just was a surprise and would have planned for it had I known in advance.

Many years ago there were priority tender tickets given out and left in your cabin ( I don't believe that's the case any longer when there is a tender port)..however..flashing those and trying to get ahead of others already in line was something we chose not to do...If I needed to get off early then I got in line early...Ship excursions are handled differently..you usually meet at a designated location and are then lined up as a group and escorted to the tender.

Thanks for the tip. We will be stopping in Grand Cayman in April.
