You may book Oceania air at any time after you have reserved your cruise, but without a deviation you probably won't be notified of your flight assignment until ninty days to a month before sailing. Hawaiidan Posted March 25, 2013 #10 Share Posted March 25, 2013 However, many times it is cheaper for you to spend less than the deviation charge to fly to the nearest "gateway" city, than thy charge for the deviation. The biggest advantage, of taking Oceania air is that they guarantee they will get you to the ship, or home much like taking a ships tour unlike doing it on your own. In some cases taking a one way air with no deviation is far cheaper than one could buy even with the use of frequent flyer miles ! However, the return may not be as good a deal inversely.
