Enterprise in the Crown Plaza and will pick you up at the pier and they are the only show in San Pedro. They have limited hours on weekends. Because of their "no drop" policy I have rented from Avis which are on Pacific in Long Beach but are about a $20 cab fare away from San Pedro and they don't shuttle or reimburse your cab fare.

What are your plans with the car? Best options vary depending on whether you will return it to San Pedro, or are staying at an LA-area hotel and flying out of LAX a few days later, or are going on an extensive road trip of California, etc.

Another option in San Pedro is for one of your party to take the paid shuttle to Long Beach airport, rent a car there, then go back to the pier to pick everyone else up. You can then return the car there, or perhaps at LAX, depending on where you are flying from (just check about drop fees for returning the car to a different location than pick-up).

We are flying into LAX renting from Budget...driving down to Palm Springs for a week..then we will drive back to LAX and drop off car and take the super shuttle to the Sapphire...

Does that sound doable to everyone? Im thinking its a good plan..but not sure since its our first Calif Coastal Cruise

Sounds like a perfect plan. Just plan enough time to turn in the car and get shuttled from the rental lot to the terminal. I would plan to be at LAX no later than noon.
