Hi guys. I just got my documents for my upcoming cruise yeahhh

And I realized that my luggages tags are gold

My girlfriend is gold but I'm platinum

Does it means that I won't get any platinum benefits becuase she is gold?

As long as your C&A number is correctly assigned to your name on the booking, you should get your appropriate benefits. It sounds like they just picked your girlfriend's level for the luggage tags, which is no big deal at all.

Her name is probably listed first on the reservation? That will be the reason for the luggage tag. The other poster is correct you will still get the platinum benefits.

My favorite cruise roomie is diamond and I am emerald. She gets all the benefits she is entitled to, and I get the benefits I am entitled to.

I was just off Liberty and my luggage tags had "P" for Platinum but I am Emerald. I also had Platinum on my seapass card and coupon book.

 

Some kind of mess-up with C&A software.

 

I didnt catch it until onboard and the LA cleared it up for me thank goodness.

ouch... that could come back to haunt you for many years... especially when it's Emerald vs Diamond ;) better make sure when you get to the 'good perks' you're at the same tier lol
