Dinner buffet on Summit

There are some ships where the buffet mirrors the evening dinner selections. Celebrity isn't like that. On Summit you'll find pizza, a pasta bar, salad, a grill station, a meat entree or two with some side dishes, and desserts. Possibly some stir fry as well. It's isn't an extensive buffet. You won't go hungry but you won't find that items from that evening's MDR menu being served.

I'm pretty sure it was steak, chicken and a fish offering. They also have a salad bar, sushi depending on the timing and on our cruise some type of asian selection of foods but not always stir fry. It was pretty good but got sort of boring as we did the buffet a couple of time. I think they had a carving station each night (beef, ham, etc).

Another thing to keep in mind is you can order the MDR menu to your stateroom through your steward. We did this during one of the formal nights to enjoy the lobster and lamb chops without having to get dressed up. We ate on our balcony and it may not have been as fancy as the MDR, but it was wonderful in its own way.

I really like that idea. Thank you for the tip.

In January, the grill station always had steak, salmon, chicken and pork. There is also a pasta station every night that is quite good. You pick, the pasta and toppings and one of several sauces. We ate there a number of times on our B2B.
