In less than three weeks we will begin a 32 day cruise to Southeast Asia on the Equinox and my wife will be bringing a chai masala mix, which I have concocted, with her. If she runs out, is it available on the ship and is their a charge?

Since you're going on the Equinox you might try your question on the Celebrity board

Celebrity carries Tea Forte brand specialty teas at Café al Bacio. I've seen a Chai mix in the past. Teas at Café al Bacio cost extra unless you have a beverage package that includes them.
