Mexfolkart Posted March 25, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2013 Does anyone know if we dock or tender here on Nautica? I am getting conflicting reports! Thanks a lot..Sherry
Mura Posted March 25, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2013 If you go to the website and find your cruise you will see a little "anchor" figure next to ports that tender (look for the itinerary). I would check for you but I don't know the date of your cruise. Mura
Mexfolkart Posted March 26, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted March 26, 2013 I did check that and there aren't any little anchors!! I will just check once onboard as I heard they often don't decide until the day before. S.
Mura Posted March 26, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2013 It can depend on who gets into port first. I remember on our first QE2 cruise (we did all of two) the captain put the pedal to the metal going into St. Thomas. The QE2 of course couldn't dock there, but the captain wanted the closest in docking spot ... and he got it. When we arrived in St. Petersburg on Renaissance in May '01 they changed the dock at the last minute. Our guide went to one, we were at another. So, even when you think you know where the ship may be ... you may not! Mura
