Serenade wi fi??

Been reading up on whether or not we can get wifi in our cabin on the Serenade next month - should I take my netbook or leave it home. Any information will be helpful - thanks in advancfe

Does anyone know if the refurbishment on the Serenade includes wifi in the cabins or do you have to go to hot spots on the ship to get it. Trying to decide whether to travel with my laptop??

I can't speak for Serenade but we just got off Brilliance. There was a crew running wires on deck 3 the whole week. They said it was for ship-wide WiFi. Brilliance goes in for refurbishment in 3 weeks. This work was getting a head start on that part of it.

Thanks for the info - we'll be on the Brilliance in October for the repo so that's good news too.On the Navigator in February they were getting an early start on repairs and replacing glass between the balconies. Lots of repairs to the plumbing on deck ten as well - kind of bothersome wth noice but guess they have to get a head start on somethings.
