Excursion choices

We are trying to choose between these excursions in STM. Anyone have an opinion? Captain Morgan Sailing Adventure, or Sail and Snorkel. What about Golden Eagle Island Sail-away or Catamaran Sail and Snorkel? We want to do something more than just sightseeing, but don't have to snorkel in a fabulous area. We are sailing Freedom of the Seas in April.

We did a sail and snorkel with Captain Morgan a couple of years ago. Loved the sailboat and the sailing. The first mate (I guess that was what you would call him) was extremely personable and gave us alot of informatin as we sailed. The snorkeling was pathetic. I would sail with them again, but skip the snorkeling.
