I need your help! Italy, France or Russia?

You will need to be sure that kiddo gets plenty of rest, but remember that Europeans are taking their kids places, so why not you?

 

To keep our girls amused, I recorded fairy tales and took the books with me so that they could look at the pictures and hear the stories.

 

A Med cruise that includes Venice and Dubrovnik will be suitable..it would be nice to have stops that allow a swim.

Since you have a young child, also think about the kid-friendlyness of the ships. For example, there is a Disney ship sailing the Mediteranean, and some ships, such as the Liberty include the Dreamworks experience and and H2O zone that would keep your 3-year old occupied when not in port.

 

As someone mentioned above - take a look at airfares.
