VIFP question...

I am set to take my 8th cruise with Carnival this summer. But on their website my VIFP balance is 0 and I am blue status :eek:

 

Certainly not a huge deal but I enjoy the past guest party and I want my gold sail & sign!

 

Any ideas on why this is?

There's a place on your cruise history where you can input your previous cruises. Personally, I'd take care of it before you sail--I wouldn't want to spend a minute of my vacation on it. :D

Yeah you can add your cruises. i had trouble doing that so I called and my pvp was able to fix it and add my cruise history.

Yes, I would call Carnival to get this fixed immediately if all are not showing in the cruise history.

YOu can easily correct this online. Just enter in the name of the ship and the month, and year sailed and they will be able to find your information.

 

I did this a few days ago, and 48 hours later my previous trips had been added.
