Tropiclady Posted April 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2013 Hi Oceania Experts, I am looking for Scaloppine Al Limone recipe from Toscana. Does anyone have any idea where I can get it or if you have would you be willing to pass on? Thank you very much! Cheers, Tropiclady

Rare DOJO466 Posted April 23, 2013 #6 Share Posted April 23, 2013 Well Tropical, I was really hoping that someone would have that recipe! I will have to try the Ravioli next time. Happy Travels, Tropiclady I too was hoping for the recipe as the al limone is my favorite. 8 more months. I have tried to Risotto before on the "trio" entree. I was not fond of it as it was made with lobster stock. I do not any kind of seafood stock. Is the mushroom made with broth or better yet wine? I have had it in the terrace (regualr kind with peas and found it a bit to overcooked and more strachy that I am used to having.
RetiredFL Posted April 23, 2013 #7 Share Posted April 23, 2013 I seem to remember it as similar to veal picatta and there are many recipes for that on line. Perhaps if I am a bit wrong you can adjust the recipe but it is a good starting point. I will just have to check it out again on the next cruise.
