Help with picking cabin on Jade

Hi, Looking to book a Med Cruise 2014 on the Jade. Will be booking an Oceanview cabin. Trying to decide between decks 5 and 8. I know that some of the cabins on deck 8 have obstructed views. I am more worried about noise from the show lounge, or nightclub I am not sure about deck 5 as I prefer to be on a higher deck and was also wondering about engine noise or noise from the Casino. I amnot a light sleeper but I am an early to bed person!! Any opinions or advice most welcome.
