For me, my hobby is riding my bicycle. So far, I lost about a hundred pounds and I need to lose about 40 pounds. Riding my bicycle is healthy and it is something I enjoy doing. I also enjoy riding my bike when the weather is nice outside. When it is cold, I'll go to the gym.
