Port Canaveral-breakfast

Doing some cruise planning this morning and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for breakfast near the port? We are driving in the day of the cruise and we should be to port around 8am-9am. We are not looking for an Ihop or Shoneys but a good diner type breakfast.

 

Any suggestions?

if you want a little more adventure and have read here much, GRILLS in the port also claims to do breakfast - altho they don't hang a bkfst menu on their web page. Might be worth a drive-by as it would be less than 1 mile away and if open would give you a seat right on the ship channel, at the fish boat piers.

 

I've never been to Grills at the port for breakfast since they built a second location very very close to my house a wee bit south.
