Laundry on the Maasdam

We are using the unlimited laundry package on our upcoming cruise on the Maasdam to Canada.

Question: what kind of form do they use for washing/drying instructions? Like cold wash/medium dry/or ?? Are the forms put in the bag with your clothes?

In one your Closets there will be a blue bag and a laundry form to fill out.

At the bottom is a big box where you can write in special instructions. Will they follow them?? We have not found them to follow special washing instructions.

The ships have a lot of laundry to do every day and it is hard for them to honor everyone's special requests.

On our recent cruise, I requested that DH's golf shirts be washed in warm water according to the instructions on the label.

It did not happen.

Items that I know will shrink and need special attention -- I wash by hand in the cabin.
