Thanks for the great review! 5 of us are doing this cruise as a Pre-cruise cruise, with a day in between where we meet the rest of our cruise family for an 8 day on the Breeze! Glad to know there is lots of fun to be had on a short cruise.

Great job on the review. My very first cruise was a 5-day on Royal Caribbean and I said I would never do that again. It's just too short and I need all the time on the ship to enjoy myself. Thank you for sharing your review with us. I'm actually thinking of doing a BFF cruise, but will think twice about it because I have no patience! lol

Yeah, I was ready to cry when they said no B&B :( but I did have it on my 5 day Destiny cruise..

I'm considering taking this same cruise as a girls' cruise, possibly with four in a quad, so I'm enjoying your review. How did you handle getting ready for dinner and in the morning?

We cruise 3 girls (all in our early forties) to one inside cabin, and have been doing this for 10 years. Getting ready in the morning is easy for us because the three of us are on slightly different schedules, so-to-speak. My sister gets up first to shower while the other two of us are still sleeping. Then she goes to breakfast, and then it is my turn in the bathroom. This works out well for our other friend who hates getting up early. She gets to sleep the latest. So, when I'm done in the bathroom, I leave the cabin and go to breakfast while our friend gets herself ready.

To get ready for dinner (we always have late seating), I go back to the cabin first (around 4:15P) to take my shower while my sister and friend are still up on the pool deck. Our friend likes the late-day sun, so she is the last to get showered for dinner. Around 5:30, my sister returns to the cabin to get herself ready for dinner and I go to the casino. She will then meet me up in the casino or the casino bar at around 6:45 so that our friend can get showered and dressed for dinner. Then at around 8PM we return to the cabin to collect our friend, and then we all go to dinner.

We have been doing this routine for the last almost ten years on 12 or 13 cruises together. It works very well for us.

Teetee!! Thank you so much for this great review!! Me and a friend are going on this ship/ itinerary as our very first cruise! I've heard so many wonderful things about it, and I am beyond excited for Monday, and your review made me that much more stoked to go. So glad you had a great time and your pictures were amazing!

I was on this same cruise with you. What I really liked: the ship was very clean and the staff really friendly. What I didn't like: I got a carton of skim milk off the buffet one evening and it was badly curdled although it was not close to being out of date. Also, the deck chairs around the waterworks area are very worn and look like they need to be replaced.

Great review and pictures! I was on this ship a few years ago, good to see her again. I am anxiously awaiting your Sept. trip. Thanks again for sharing!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I can't wait till Sept 1st & that one should be interesting since I'll be with my kids....(take a look at my Destiny review & you'll see why  )

Teetee, quick question. You mentioned that your bag was 8 lbs. overweight. How did you know that?

I have a luggage scale that I travel with. Being an obsessive over packer I can't fly without one.

I'm thinking of doing this as a pre-cruise cruise too in September (works out cheaper than staying for 4 nights in Miami before our Breeze cruise). We can't decide between the 6A and PT. Any advice? There's only a small difference in price.

:D LMAO :D

Girl that was me in New Orleans they came to put that towel on the bed all I remember my hubby say she is in no condition to get out of bed she is exhausted :)

Loved your review! You look like fun people:D I'll be on a different ship, but booked a quad room for the first time ever, so that was interesting to see what it will look like. Congrats for winning the mixology contest! I've always wanted to enter that, but I know my drink would suck lol

Sorry, can't really offer any advice on this as I've never stayed in a PT. Always wanted to but after my hurricane Sandy cruise I am not a big fan of being forward.
