ride4806 Posted May 4, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2013 I am trying to get an idea of what time to make dinner reservations for that evening and I have seen posted many times when the viewing begins but I have not seen how long it lasts. Could you folks let me know about how long this is-we have an aft balcony and I want to see as much as possible and not have to leave to go to dinner. Thanks so much for your help with this~
Budget Queen Posted May 4, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 4, 2013 I wouldn't make any reservations prior to 7:30pm, if you need "prep time". (I don't and can be ready to go in 5 minutes. :) )

Thanks so much for your help with this~ The ship turned around +/- 5:45-6:00. You may wish to continue to watch the coast and watch for dolphins. We saw a baby whale on the way out. :) Sunset was 7:05 that evening on our cruise.

mellowrose Posted May 9, 2013 #5 Share Posted May 9, 2013 We saw whales along the coast here and one was propping up her baby, I guess teaching him how to swim or breathe. Very cool!
