Duration of the NaPali Coast sail by

I am trying to get an idea of what time to make dinner reservations for that evening and I have seen posted many times when the viewing begins but I have not seen how long it lasts. Could you folks let me know about how long this is-we have an aft balcony and I want to see as much as possible and not have to leave to go to dinner. Thanks so much for your help with this~

I wouldn't make any reservations prior to 7:30pm, if you need "prep time". (I don't and can be ready to go in 5 minutes. :) )

The ship turned around +/- 5:45-6:00. You may wish to continue to watch the coast and watch for dolphins. We saw a baby whale on the way out. :) Sunset was 7:05 that evening on our cruise.

Thanks so much for the replies-will plan on dining after 7:30 that night-I need LOTS of prep time :D

We saw whales along the coast here and one was propping up her baby, I guess teaching him how to swim or breathe. Very cool!
