kimmimom Posted May 22, 2013 #26 Share Posted May 22, 2013 I was told by a phone rep that the problem with beds on the web site has been there for YEARS! They need to find new software peeps I believe! for all my cruises.
kimmimom Posted May 22, 2013 #27 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Yeah, I know they can normally fix it in a jiffy, but I feel sorry for all the room stewards who are now going to have to change a bunch of beds!!I keep "fixing" mine too...but it always says "twin", no matter how many times I change it! ends up being that much extra work for them. If a male and female are booked together in a cabin, they usually make them king. If same sex, they leave as twins. My cabin showed twin and we got there it was king. Our friends who are male/female wanted twins and it was a king and it was easily changed when on board. I think they make assumptions based on sex/age and probably are usually right (except for our gay cousins who wanted king... ;))
Mistyhon Posted May 22, 2013 #28 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Same issue here on our booking. We didn't have this problem with our 2 previous cruises though....
