Black Pearl Sailor Posted May 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2013 I have posted this on the roll call for the 2 nighter on Royal Princess but thought I would try to broaden the potential reply pool :) We are sailing for the first time on Princess, we normally sail in the Haven on NCL, just back from the inaugural of Breakaway, but we thought this two nighter might be a good introduction to Princess. We are booked into an S2 Owners Suite on Deck 15 aft and have some questions based on our NCL experience that I hope someone can help with? Is there a dedicated check in for Suite guests at Southampton? Where is lunch served on embarkation day? There seems to be on other threads talk of coffee cards in exchange for the mini bar setup, we have no idea what this is all about? Is there anywhere to eat reserved for suite guests? Is there a concierge lounge for suite guests and frequent guests of Princess? Being used to Freestyle is there likely to be a requirement for formal wear? Any other tips or advice from Princess experts for suite guests? Thanks in advance
Shogun Posted May 13, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 13, 2013 Hi There At Southampton there will be a check in line for Suite guests you may need to ask a Princess rep, as not always clear where it is, the Royal has a suite lounge, would expect a wide range of eating places to be open for lunch, as a suite guest you will be able to order to have food in your suite there is one formal night on the Royal two night cruise. yours Shogun
paul929207 Posted May 13, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 13, 2013 As suite passengers, you will get one mini-bar setup. It will consist of 8 mini-bottles (size used on airplanes) and 12 sodas/beers/water.

Paul... Do you think suite guests would get the normal full complement of beverages for a 2 night cruise? Lew
