As everyone has said, there is just so much to see in Bermuda, that I am trying to fit in as much as I can -- this is our first time there.

How does this itinerary sound? Any places that it sounds like we may be trying to do to much?

Day 1 - Wednesday

  • Bus to Warwick Bay Beach
  • Walk trails to Horseshoe Bay Beach, viewing beaches along the way
  • Chairs and Umbrula at Horseshoe Bay for afternoon
  • Return to ship for a quick dinner
  • Ferry to and from Harbor Nights

Day 2 - Thursday

  • 9AM Ferry to Hamilton/Bus to Caves
  • Combo tour of Crystal/Fantasy Caves
  • Lunch at Swizzle Inn
  • Bus to St. George
  • Self Guided Walking tour of St. George/Bermuda Perfumery/Tobacco Bay
  • 5:15PM Ferry back to Dockyard
  • Dinner/John Lennon Tribute band @Dockyard

Day 3 - Friday

  • 9AM Ferry to Hamilton
  • Short Self Guided Walking tour of Hamilton
  • Bus to Gibbs Lighthouse
  • Bus to Somerset Bridge
  • Walk Railroad Trail to Somerset Village
  • Bus to Dockyard
  • Explore Dockyard until all aboard @ 4:30PM

Thanks,

Brad

What time do you arrive on Wednesday? If it's early, your plan for that day seems do-able.

On day 2, you may not have enough time for Tobacco Bay, especially if you wan't to make it back for the show. It's a bit of a walk from the center of St. Georges. You could probably do it if you take a cab.

I think you may have a bit too much planned for day 3. I'd consider taking 1 thing out. You don't want to miss the ship!

Thanks Kroozen. That helps.

Day 2 will be somewhat based on the weather. If it is real nice beach weather we might head straight to Tobacco bay and skip Most of St. George and/or skip the Swizzle Inn. We know it is a lot to do all listed, so we will prioritize based on how we feel that day and watch the time as we go to make the ferry.

I moved Gibbs Lighthouse to Day 1 (our ship gets in @8am) since we will be heading to the south shore already. Does that look better?

Days 1 & 2 sound fine, but I'd still be worried about Day 3. You're probably fine, but I personally like to be back to the ship a few hours early. But, that's just me. You'll probably have enough time for everything.

I think this is doable. We will be doing our 3 days very similar! We do not need to spend more than an hour or two at the beach, and we really want to do a shipwreck snorkeling tour, so our 3 days will be more like this:

1st day

Gibbs Lighthouse

Horseshoe Bay Beach Break

Hamilton Self-Guided Tour

Ferry to-from ship for dinner

Harbour Nights

2nd Day

St. Georges Full Self-Guided Tour

Caves

Ferry Back

Dockyard Self-Guided Tour

Dinner on Ship

John Lennon

3rd Day

Shipwreck Snorkeling Tour

If we are not burned out, hike along the railway before we leave.

If we start feeling run-down then we will skip things. This is just our goal.
