The DR management can have an impact upon your dining experience. We booked a B2B in a Window Suite on the Golden last fall and had our first experience eating breakfast at Sabatini's. The service was excellent and I we got to know our waitstaff well. There was a change of headwaiter's on turnaround day. Our new head waiter, Martin, made all the difference. He met us with a smile each day, handed us our "newspaper" (the Patter) and made us feel welcome. Talking to the staff, they were also a much happier lot. They did their job well both weeks but the atmosphere was much cheerier the second week. An even better way to start the morning :)
