damaskprint Posted May 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 21, 2013 There are no cabanas left. Has anyone done the clam shell? My husband burns easily and I am worried we won't be able to find shade if we don't. Thoughts?
cb at sea Posted May 21, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2013 There is plenty of shade...trees abound! No need to pay for a clamshell (that can get very warm inside!), when there are trees and breezes available! And, you don't have to stay on the beach all day long.....go and have fun, then head to the ship when and if the sun gets to be too much!

Robinola Posted June 1, 2013 #4 Share Posted June 1, 2013 CocoaCay has lots of gorgeous palm trees around a lounge chair area. It's beautiful and breezy with lots of choices for shade.

Just in case the shade trees aren't enough, I've heard they rent beach umbrella's. Does anyone know how much they rent for? Thanks :)
