Cruise Manager not working??

Anyone else having difficulties with the Manage My Cruise on Carnival's site? I am trying to add our information, but can't get logged into the secure site???

I'm having issues when I click my documents and it seems to want to pop open but it just fuzzes out my screen and nothing happens.

Try hitting your Esc button on your computer and then hit the link and try to log into it again.

I've found that logging out and logging back in seems to do the trick. YMMV

It was working fine for me, just got done filling out my docs:)

What wasn't working was the option of a twin to a king, every time I clicked king, it would go back to twins....I finally called, and just got off the phone, the carnival rep said there is a glitch in the system right now and that people are having various problems on the site.

I need my king bed!, if we are in twins, I will be to far away to elbow my DH when he snores to loud...hahaha:p

 

 

She fixed it for me.

I had the same problem with the beds ... and now can't get into the website at all :(
