Valor - Inside Room Square vs Standard

Booking our first Carnival Cruise. Looking at inside cabins on the Valor. I'm interested in whether you prefer the square to the standard cabin, and why. Thanks for your input.

We've always had an inside 185 sq.ft. standard cabin. Where do you find the square cabin?

I prefer the standard because if its rough the beds tips from side to side, not end to end, the way some of the beds are in sideways cabins.
