Las Palmas recently?

Has anyone been there recently? We were there about 1.5 years ago and it was just fine. Any changes?

Yes, we have been there twice in the last 6 months and was wery very nice.

We are interesting in buying a condo there. They are waiting for a final enviroment permits and they begin to build the 1st phase of the property that is beside of the touristic part.

The touristic part is very well maintained and the beach is super.

Thanks, Raz. My contact there advised that there will be no construction yet in December when we will be there. We are looking forward to it.
