The principals at our school ordered lunch for us for Teacher Appreciation Week. The theme was cinco de mayo. I ate a chicken fajita with onions. I did not put any sour cream or cheese on it. I also ate chips and salsa, and chocolate cake.

We went out for supper with a bunch of Cruise Critics friends and had chicken tandoori and portabello/goat cheese pizza. Yummy!! That's why I gained one pound yesterday. It's not gone today, but I'm working on it. Cathy

Our Cinco de Mayo dinner was football sized burritos, chips and guacamole, rice, and beans.. Carry out from El Famous!!!
