What is Home Port Advisory?

I did a search on the Carnival board but didn't find an answer. Listed under my upcoming cruise's shore excursions is one called Home Port Advisory. Price is .01 which sounds strange. Anyone have an idea what this excursion is all about?

I think it's just a WARNING that you are looking at excursions for the home port (ie Miami, Galveston) and not one of the sea days on board.

If they are offering FTTF that is where you will find it. Other than that, Carnival sometime uses it to put out announcements regarding the upcoming cruise.
