I am sure I would enjoy his company and would be sure to tell him how much we have enjoyed sailing on Celebrity and how much the crew on each of our cruises have gone out of their way to make us happy. Too many of the posts I read here only grumble as I am sure they do no matter where they are and what they do.

I agree with siam - I would indeed thank him for giving me the opportunity for a "true" vacation - great food, great service and usually great company.

 

I would also suggest doing away with the tipping - one less thing to do!

I would tell Jack Williams to stop lowering prices along with the resultant cuts in service just to try to get new customers as the old customers are getting fed up and will start to leave.

I would ask Jack if I could pick up the wine tab for dinner...then I would thank him for my upgrade last cruise...then I would bore him with numerous questions about his industry.
