Guest Posted June 7, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Even thro we didn't have a weigh-in, you know how you did thru the weekend. YOU know how good it feels when we don't have to lose the weekend gains first. Hope everyone has a good week. pazooter Posted June 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Good morning everyone! Last week I was up about 3 pounds. Don't know how that happened. But, fortunately, today I'm down 2 of those pounds. My cruise is coming so soon now. I had hoped to reach my goal weight. It's not happening, but I'm not concerned. Just looking forward to cruising now. lka1012 Posted June 7, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Don't look at me, or more accurately my scales. Our company picnic was a t a local amusement park this week-end, so in addition to the BBQ, beans, ice cream and other "picnic" foods, I had cotton candy, popcorn, stick candy and other "amusement park" foods. Oh well, it's only once a year. Kathy Last Cruise -- Maasdam - E. Carrib - 11/03 Next Cruise -- Volendam - Eastfarer - 12/
nyer Posted June 7, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 7, 2004 I have not done very good. I sprained my ankle about a week ago and I gained three pounds. I have lost .5 of those pounds, but I am still up. I hope to have more of a loss by weigh in, but I am still not back to full use of my foot, so no exercising.
nosnobunny Posted June 7, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 7, 2004 I can't really tell. We didn't have a weigh-in last Thursday but I was down 1.6 lbs. See what happened to the boards when I tried to post a loss? Yup - it was me. I ran out of some medication Friday and can't get it refilled until Wed. So I'm all puffed up today and up over 5 lbs. At least I know why and that it will come off. ElaineB2 Posted June 7, 2004 #7 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Forgot to add - in spite of the fact that my water drinking was way down. I have a hard time drinking all the water on the weekend. It's easy M - F. We have bottled water at work and my co-worker and I have contests as to who drinks the most during the day!
