Future cruise certificate question

I've got a future cruise certificate that I don't think I'm going to be able to use. Does anyone know if there is a way to get money back or a refund on this unused certificate. It's going to be a shame not to be able to use it but life happens and a cruise just isn't in the cards right now.

lol my 2 unused ones have a 5 year period, 60 months, after that they had 4 year ones.. only recent ones are 2 years.

The phone # to call should be somewhere on the back of the certificate, if I remember correctly.
