Summit Web Cam

I was just looking at the Summit's Web Cam and saw that it's been in Seward since 12:30 am. Wonder why so early. So, I followed up with two weeks ago when it didn't arrive until about 9:00. I sure hope that there's no problem with anything.

Also, it was interesting that two weeks ago at midnight, it was dark and today it was light out. The summer soltice is a wonderous thing.:D

The cameras don't always refresh, so what you're looking at may not be what's currently in front of the camera.

Well, if our cruise is affected, maybe they'll give us a free cruise and rebook us as well .... two for one. ha

If you go onto the Summit's archives, you can see it, every two minutes, as it approaches Seward. It's actually very cool to be able to watch it.

If anybody knows the answer to the question, let us know.

I was on a cruise out of Seward 4 weeks agao, the Summit arrived around 2 am at 27.5. there. The last time they sailed out of Seward, the Summit came right out of Drydock, so thats why she docked at 9 am two weeks ago.

This cam is great, so you can watch the ship pre and post cruising.

I had a reply saying it's normal. Passengers can disembark for their 6:30 a.m. flights out!

Go to www.celebrityatsea.com and then to your ship and then to archives. You can put in the date and time. That should do it for you. Good Luck.
