Was just wondering if anyone had been cant find much info anywhere really I think it's called savonerie de villefranche (excuse spelling) anyone been? Is it a nice place to buy a few souviners?

Info on Google...just put name in,will give some idea what it is about. Just know that you can buy French soaps just about in any good store...alll kinds of soaps trust me.

BUT YOU CAN BUY SOAP IN ALL THE SHOPS IN TOWN:)

It's mentioned under the ports of call section on the first main page of cruise critic must be a typo I suppose they mean the perfume factory at grasse maybe. Thanks anyway

Nope, they make soap there as well as other products..Grasse as weill,but not the same...not much soap there.

I was just saying to my DH that I wish I had bought even more soaps than I did there! Oh, they were glorious. I smiled every time I used them because we had such a wonderful European cruise. :)

Soap is our favorite souvenir, :D we try to buy enough to last us till our next trip... but it never does!
