Credit for prepaid gratuities 123 promo

We have just past final payment for our cruise which qualified for two of the 123 promo items. We chose the beverage package and OBC which has never shown on our reservation though our TA says she sees it.

 

Also since we are select dining, we had to pay gratuities at final payment which is also not showing.

 

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes, I have the same issue. We have a cruise in Oct on Century which included both the Classic Beverage package and pre-paid gratuities. I see nothing from Celebrity but my travel agent says they have the information and does not know why it does not show up. Basically she said "don't worry".

 

Not good enough for me - I want to have verification. I have contacted Celebrity asking why there is nothing to verify this. Waiting for a response.

If your travel agent can see it, have them provide you a copy and bring it on board with you

when I spoke to Celebrity to get mine applied, I had the agent send me a separate email verifying. that way if it never appears on my account, I still have proof.
