Time Change

Hi,

we are arriving in Cozumel on the 4th of October 2013, on Freedom of the Seas,

ship time 10am. What will be the actual time in Cozumel?

Not sure how to work it out with daylight saving etc and I want to book an excursion so need to know Cozumel time.

Mexico changes from daylight to standard time on different dates than the US - Mexico "falls back" on October 27th while the US does not change until November 3 - so neither date affects you. :cool:

 

Coz is on Central Time, so your calculation depends upon if your ship will be on eastern or central time. If you are leaving from a FLA port your ship time will be one hour ahead of Mexico (ship time of 10 AM = Coz time of 9:00 AM); if leaving from New Orleans or TX you will be on the same time as Coz.
