my own insulated glass and soda package question

will bartenders fill my insulated glass (that I bring from home) with soda if I've purchased the package?

yes, you will have to show your Seapass card with the sticker on it each time you do. Some bartenders may balk at it so find a friendly one.

They may have a problem filling it if it's one of those 64oz cups!

They may refuse to fill it DIRECTLY, as that is RCI policy. However, they will fill one of their glasses and allow you to pour that into your glass, however many times it takes to fill your cup. This is the same as you are supposed to do when filling personal water bottles, for "sanitary reasons".
