Fully covered balconies on the Sun?

All the balconies on the Sun, with maybe the exception of those on the aft, are fully covered. They are not really balconies, but rather cutouts in the shell of the ship that provide an outdoor area. The cutout hole is much smaller than the actual balcony area. The cutouts on Caribe deck are smaller than those on Baja and Aloha.
