Cabin 8000 Mercury

The cabin appears to be forward of the Celebrity theatre so noise from there shouldn't be a problem. I would try for cabin 8004 or 8007. the cabins on the coeners as they are laid out differently and are larger. The 2 cabins above, 9005 and 9006 are set up the same.

Sis in law and her hubby had 8000 in March when we sailed Mercury RT San Francisco to Cabo, and liked it very much. She liked being able "to see where the ship was going". She also wanted to be high, in case we hit rough water - she likes it "bouncy".

We were down in the basement, Continental 4070, and were quite comfortable.

And if the sea is rough at any time it will be "bouncy". Relatively high and all the way forward.

Michael, am I right in saying this cabin doesn't have a sitting area?

Well, it did have a sitting area, but perhaps not as well defined, due to the odd shape of the room.

I only looked at her room once, and really did not pay that much attention to its layout.
