Is "My Cruises" part if RCL website working?

I've been trying to make a booking for an Alaskan cruisetour for 3 days and can't get past the page where you put in the names of the passengers.

 

So frustrating because I have spent weeks thinking about whether to do the cruise or not, and now that I've finally made up my mind, I can't make the booking. Ill keep trying. I'm sure ill get through eventually. If not ill ring and book over the phone.

I keep getting the message that the site is unavailable.

Maybe they are lowering prices on all of the cruises.:D

Try deleting your bookmark or favorite and using this:

Thanks for the suggestion. It didn't work. I have been getting this since this morning. I will try restarting my computer and see if that helps.

I just did as Clarea suggested. I also restarted. Neither worked. Still getting the message that RC website is in maintenance.

What I did do is use a different browser. Switched from Google Chrome to Firefox and that worked. Who knows what the problem is. I guess it will eventually get corrected.

I'm still not able to book excursions through the My Cruises portion of the website. I tried earlier at work using both Internet Explorer and Chrome. And then again just now at home (again using both Internet Explorer and Chrome). I don't have Firefox but I'll just keep trying again. (And yep, I did try deleting cookies and such...)

I tried again this morning. WaLa! I got the same message but I decided to hit the reload button and it worked. Don't know why. But I am now a happy camper.:)
