That is because some of the ones that had charges are being eliminated.

 

For example, the contract company that did photography courses went out of business.

 

And it is my understanding that the onboard pottery classes are being phased out.

What ScholarShip@sea programs are offered on Caribbean Princess out of Houston (Bayport)?

 

I'd enjoy lectures on the Maya, ship engineering and navigation.
