Question About Legend Cabins Riviera Deck

I am planning to book the Legend using the Premier Casino offer for Nov. 10. Trying to get my 10th cruise in before December (going on Dream 9/28) and was going to go with just a 4 or 5 day, and basically hang out on the ship with no excursions planned for this trip, trying to keep spending low since it's one month after the Dream cruise where I will be spending much more $$. But with the Casino offer, I can do a 7 day on the Legend for less $$ - so that's all good, BUT, since this will be a laid back relaxing trip with 2 of my sisters, I'm concerned about relaxing in the cabin and noise.

The only cabins they are making available (OV) are on the Riviera deck and while I have no problem staying on any deck - been on the Riviera many times - the issue is that this deck on the Legend is right below the Promenade and I'm concerned about noise.

It looks like one of the cabins still available is below the Legends Cafe so if this is what I'm thinking it is (the coffee bar area) it shouldn't be too loud, but if anyone who has been on the Legend, on the Riviera Deck - can you tell me just how loud those cabins under the Lounges are??

I will be booking on Friday, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

the class ship is amazing when it comes to sound proofing the cabins area.

Example-- notice the bottom floor of the disco is located on the riveria deck aft-- next to a cabin.

stand out side the disco room (there is no door to enter here) and you will hear nothing. go upstairs and go inside the disco and wow what a difference.

also when inside the cabin i heard nothing-- opened the door and a bunch of cabin stewards were outside the door laughing and jsut being loud. We never heard that inside the cabin with the door closed

Thank you for making me feel better. The Legend's layout is just so different from the other ships I've been on - when I saw part of the Disco was right next to cabins on the Riviera, I was floored.

So, I'm plunging on with no worries. I always have a great time, and I KNOW this trip will be no different.

See you have been on the Miracle and Pride. Legend is sister ship so exactly the same layout.

Yes, I was on both of them, but we were on higher decks so I guess it just never hit me that the Promenade was that low. It's been awhile, and my age must be showing because somehow I always think of the Promenade being on one of the higher decks. Don't even remember going that far "down" to get to the action - of course I spent very little time in the casino back then, so wasn't on the Promenade as much.

I do thank you guys for easing my mind!!
