travel12 Posted August 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2013 I have noticed the Sun pool has actual steps into it rather than the usual ladder steps. This is good news for someone like myself with knee problems. Do any of the other NCL ships have steps into their pools. I know that neither Dawn nor Sky have. Then how does one enter, cannonball to the deep end??? :D
valleyvillage Posted August 8, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 8, 2013 The Star has very nice steps down into the pool.
travel12 Posted August 9, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted August 9, 2013 Attn: Marelind: When one has knee issues it makes things much easier if the pool has normal stair steps for entry and exit. The ladder steps make it very difficult.

dexddd Posted August 9, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 9, 2013 I remeber stairs on the dawn? Me too. I don't recall any differences between Star and Dawn pool other than no slides on the Dawn. OP - BTW, the Sun has a pool on both sides of the stage area - one was adults only.
