BeccaC Posted August 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 11, 2013 I read that the fitness classes are not on the patter so how do they get this information to the cruisers? And are they any good? Excited for some TRX.

goofy559 Posted August 12, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 12, 2013 If you want to do trx you will need to sign up quickly. We did the classes on the royal's first two sailings and they filled up fast. Extra challenging on a,moving ship! Enjoy! Sent from my SGP312 using Forums mobile app

Excited for some TRX.There is a TRX facility not far from where I live. I plan to take a month's worth of classes as a refresher before the cruise. I am probably looking forward to the Royal's fitness activities and facilities more than any other part of the cruise. I know I can make that work for me.
