Load Cash on Seapass without Guest Services?

Recommended Posts

Previously on a Carnival cruise I was able to check my sail and sign card balance, pay grautities and load it with cash at "ATM" style machines located on the ship rather than going to guest services. I was wondering if RCCL also has these "ATM" style machines available on any of their ships

Thanks!!!;)

Royal has ATM machines on their ships, but they only give cash from a debit/credit card. No connection to your onboard account.

Simply stated, no you have to go to guest services to add cash to your account.

You might want to double check this...when I asked RCCL about being able to get cash if I needed and charge to my seapass the rep told me I had to do it through the casino. Not saying its actually true...just what I was told! I did not want to use an ATM

The poster was asking if their was anyway to add cash to his/her Seapass account without going to Guest Relations. The answer is no. He/she also mentioned that on Carnival they have ATM STYLE machines that allow you to do this. I like that idea.

This is what I was looking for!! I guess RCCL doesn't have them. Carnival has the one up on them there, these machines were great, no queue for guest services

Guest services can do it very quickly if you choose to add money during non peak hours. We did it probably about as quick as that machine would! I refuse to stand in lines for guest services, simply make my trips to G.S. late at night on my way back to the cabin after making my contribution to the new ships fund in the casino!.

P.S. I hate ATM machines...so I added to my Sea pass account from my cash stash.

We also added money to our s.p. account a little at a time leading up to our cruise, helped with budgeting our "cash stash"....Bob helped me that one!!! He is the man!!

Enjoy your cruise!!
